Return policy
For clothing return/exchange policies - We ask, if there is an issue with your purchase, email us at [email protected], let us know in a detailed message what the issue may be. We will work with you to resolve the issue. Email us within 2 business from receipt of order. For example if you receive your product on Saturday email us on Monday, ect. If size is the issue, once we receive the email, we can do an exchange for the same product and change size. We ask you ship the old product back, buyer pays return shipping, once product is received, we will send the new product.
For decals, lettering, numbers, mugs, hats, koozies and license plates return/exchange policy - Products with name first or last or birthday no returns or exchange, these are custom made for you. Products without personal information we will exchange as long as product us as received. Decals, lettering, and numbers come in 3 parts and ready to apply, as long as all 3 parts are as received we can do a return/exchange, please email us at [email protected] within 2 business days. License plates, mugs, koozies, hats and all other products have the same policy for any personal information, example - name, birthday, wedding date ect.... no exchange or returns. If you received a damaged package, contact USPS since these packages are insured by Priority mail.
